Vision of the Future

Clinical research provides the vision and guides the future treatment of medical therapy. There is no priority or service greater than the care we render to our patients. It is our mission to improve the quality of life through science and treatments to further the longevity of patients under our care. To accomplish this vision, it requires a dedicated team of research professionals, which is the foundation of the Cardiac and Vascular Research Center of Northern Michigan. Our research team is committed to developing therapeutic strategies and managing clinical trials, which help define the future standards of practice in CardioVascular Medicine.

For over a decade the Cardiac and Vascular Research Center staff and patients have been involved in many internationally recognized CardioVascular Research Studies. Our experience and success allows our team to provide cutting edge therapy years before it would typically be available to our local community and offers Northern Michigan access to new technology and medical therapy without having to travel to major centers or universities for “State of the Heart” care. With the communities’ continued cooperation and patient participation, CVRC can be successful in accomplishing the continued vision for patient care in central and northern Michigan.
